launch.rentals Rental management
Everything a small rental company needs in one place: a fast public website that search engines love, with your catalog and online booking requests, and a CMS for inventory, customers, reservations, your calendar and your team.
Your own address. Every company lives at rentals.iairu.com/your-company.
Customers browse and request bookings there; you and your staff sign in under /your-company/cms.
You arrange payment with your customers yourself.

Reservations
Every booking with its status, items, dates and customer. Public requests arrive here and are confirmed, declined or cancelled by staff.
A website and a back office, one address.
Each company gets a public site at /your-company: home page, catalog with a page for every
item, news and your own pages. It is rendered ahead of time and cached, so it loads fast and gives search
engines clean HTML, sitemaps and structured data to work with.
Behind /your-company/cms your team runs the business. A visitor can send a booking request from
any item page. It lands in your reservations as a request, and nothing is blocked until you confirm it.
- Requests first. Customers ask, you confirm, and you settle payment yourself. Online payments are on the roadmap.
- Search friendly. Canonical URLs, Open Graph tags, JSON-LD and a sitemap for every company.
- Invitation-only staff. Owners invite people by email and choose exactly what each of them may do.
Everything, one layer at a time.

Lifecycle
Visitor picks an item and dates on your site
→ availability is checked against confirmed bookings
→ a reservation is stored as "requested"
→ you get an email and see it in Reservations
→ you confirm (stock is checked again) or decline
→ rented → returned
- No surprises. A request never blocks stock; only confirmed and rented bookings do.
- Prices are remembered. The price at booking time is stored, so later edits do not rewrite history.
- Renters can follow along. With a free account they see their requests and their status.
What works, and what is still coming.
