Testing
Rules run against an in-memory Postgres
Tests use Vitest. Run them with npm test. Pure logic (permissions, slugs, CSV parsing, status transitions,
unit counts, calendar layout, sitemaps) has unit tests. Features that touch the database (analytics, booking requests,
renter accounts, public data) run against PGlite, an in-memory Postgres, with the real migrations applied, so no database
is needed to run the suite.
